Use the Support Widget within Cyber Eclipse

To contact Cyber Eclipse support from within the Cyber Eclipse platform, follow the instructions below.

1.  Click the Help icon () in the left navigation pane within the Cyber Eclipse platform and a screen similar to the below will open
2. Click on the Support widget in the bottom right corner
3. Complete the Support request form (shown below) with the requested information and a Cyber Eclipse team member will respond to your query as soon as is possible. All support requests using the Support widget will be tracked in our Zendesk support platform.
